You are very right about the colors. Soon it’ll be complete. We’ll probably get all the last three totally finished up at once.
As per the fingers in the last panel (?) they’re pretty cartoony. I was going to make them more realistic, then I looked at the rest of Charlie’s face and thought I’d experiment.
right, i understand your’e choice, doing them realistic could have taken too much attention from the viewer by the overall composition, and confuse them with the hair of the jacket – even if the hair detail made me tought about that undetailness.
Experimenting is a good thing, with a story and visual assumption like yours i only good thing could come out!
Don’t worry for the colors, i’ve read that you’ve got to do – it’s been rather interesting could look at 3 pages in mid-work, do you ever colour them like that and then give them to Renee?
Whenever I flat the pages, I always offer my work to Renee, but she throws it in the trash and starts again. She has “standards” or something. What a weirdo.
Fingers are the weirdest things ever in existence, even more so than horses and that one self-righting shape.
And Charlie looks funny anyway. :p
The fingers are alright. :)
Is that a sweat drop on the compass? O_o
Spit drop functioning as a sweat drop!
Oh! and i get it too, after 10 minutes!
I imagine the last panel with the big face of Charlie would be full of love colored. Great details.
just thinking, and i don’t want to sound arrogant, but the fingers aren’t a bit little/too much un-detailed?

Oh god why did Charlie put on his rapeface?
Your line economy on Charlie’s face is, as ever, voodoo.
Still trying to decide if the compass’s eerie emotive range is inferred or implied.
That sweat/spit drop is well deserved! 8x
GAH. o__o
(awww… he reminds me of a very very large-cat kitten playing with something!)
i dont get iiiit aaaaaa. As for the fingers they look fine. :)
