Charlie’s outline was blue when Diver first shook his hand, while Foxtrot, Bravo, and Romeo’s outlines are always red. There might be something to that… Especially given that his outline was blue when he was holding pre-incorporated Foxtrot and Hotel (but was red after they were incorporated…).
